The Marion Metropolitan Housing Authority will open its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list on May 4, 2026, at 8:00 AM. The list will remain open until May 6, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
All applications must be submitted online. To apply, visit our website and select the “Wait List” tab during the open application period.
Marion MHA is again happy to announce our continued partnership with Harding Village Apartments, located at 740 E. Fairground St., Marion, OH 43302. These vouchers are Project-Based Vouchers (PVBs.) PVBs are similar to Section 8 Vouchers; however, these PVBs are tied to the actual unit and not the resident. Marion MHA's role is to refer families from the PBVs wait list to Harding Village as needed.
